You will receive your rent payment card at the start of your tenancy. You should use this every time you pay your rent. If you lose your card or have any questions about rent payments please contact us.
Your rent is payable on a Monday, a week in advance. If you are paying at the Post Office you should allow four working days for payment to reach your account. You can also arrange to pay monthly if you wish, but you must pay in advance for the month to come.
There are four rent free weeks every year. For 2017/18 these weeks are:
- 29 May 2017
- 28 August 2017
- 25 December 2017
- 26 March 2018
If you are behind in your rent payments (have rent arrears), we expect you to continue to pay on these dates to reduce them.
If you would like a payment calendar, then download it here.
