Local Offers

What are Local Offers?

Local Offers are locally agreed standards of service (previously known as ‘service standards’).

We have developed them in partnership with you, our customers, and they reflect the feedback you have provided us with.  They demonstrate our commitment to continue providing excellent services that are tailored to best meet your needs.

How were our Local Offers decided?

We set up tenant-led focus groups and made the most of opportunities to listen to the views of our customers at community meetings and events.

Delivering our Local Offers

A variety of measures have been put into place to make sure that we are delivering the standards of service we’ve promised.

Performance is regularly monitored and we use this information to compare our service against our own targets and the performance of other social housing providers across the UK. 

Working with you

Alongside the measures we have put in place to monitor our local offers, we also work with our Customer Excellence Group (CEG) to strengthen customer involvement so that we jointly review our performance against these standards.
