Welcome to the leaseholder section of our website. The pages within it will provide you with information about your lease and how the council, as your landlord, manages the building in which you live or are intending to live in. Guidance is given on your rights and responsibilities as a leaseholder as well as the council's rights and responsibilities as landlord.
Cheltenham Borough Homes is fully committed to providing a comprehensive leaseholder service, including
an active programme of leaseholder participation. By enabling leaseholders to have a say and by listening to
your views we will be more accountable for the services we offer.
We aim for leaseholders to be consulted and involved in decision making in all aspects the housing service that affect them and for the level and pace of involvement to be decided by the leaseholders themselves.
