St Paul's is a neighbourhood of 312 properties located close to the centre of Cheltenham with access to a wide range of services and facilities.

However in recent years St Paul's has been characterised as an area of low demand with multiple deprivation.

To overcome these issues a multi agency approach has been taken to regenerate the area.

The last year has seen many programmes of work in St Pauls; kitchens and bathrooms in remaining properties have been upgraded, some properties have been demolished and there is an ongoing programme of involvement ranging from Youth Forum and Junior Wardens, to coffee mornings and Neighbourhood Picnics.
