The CBH Investment and Technical Team are responsible for the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of the council housing stock. Other areas of work include; stock condition surveys and the updating of the information once work has been carried out. Programmes of work are developed by this team in partnership with customer representatives.

The team has several surveyors who oversee the work on site, ensuring the contractors perform to the required standard and within the required timescale.
