Our Housing Revenues Team is responsible for the collection of rent for both current and former tenants; service charges and rechargable repairs.
Service charges cover the costs of maintaining the block of flats or neighbourhood where you live. Rechargable repairs are costs incurred to repair damage to a property not covered by your rent.
