introduction to repairs

CBH have a responsibility to carry out responsive repairs to your home. Responsive repairs include day to day repairs and repairs to empty properties before new tenants move in. You can view our repairs charter by clicking on the following link: customer repairs charter

All council tenants have a 'Right to Repair'. It ensures that any small, urgent repairs which might affect your health, safety or security are done quickly and easily.

This work is carried out by our team of responsive repairs operatives who work in and around your homes.

A free copy of the leaflet 'A better deal for tenants - your new Right to Repair' can be collected from your local area office, alternatively use the following link to download a PDF copy: your right to repair download.

We have also worked with customers to develop 'Local Offers' are which locally agreed standards of service. You can view our Local Offer for repairs by clicking on the following link: Local Offer - Home

From the menu below, you can find out more about the work undertaken by the team.
