The reports below show payments with a value of £500 or over (exclusive of VAT) made to suppliers. We will publish this data monthly as part of our commitment to be open and transparent.
We review all data before its publication. For example, payments to certain individuals and suppliers cannot be disclosed as they are covered by Data Protection Act requirements. In these cases the individual or supplier name has been replaced with the phrase 'Redacted Personal Data' or 'Redacted Commercial Data'. Expense types are used to describe the type of payment, and their description is available as part of the data. Employee and pensions information is not included.
The information is shown in a CSV file so it can be easily read by various applications. However, the CSV format uses a standard column width so you may not see all the data. To view the data you will need to expand the columns to an appropriate width. You can do this by selecting all cells in the file and then clicking on Format Menu > Column > Auto Fit Selection.
The data are freely re-usable under the Open Government Licence.
