Paul Stephenson
Acting Chief Executive
The Chief Executive is responsible for the effective leadership and overall performance of the organisation; medium and long term planning and promoting CBH externally.
Nicola Templeman
Corporate Services Director
Nicola is Company Secretary and also responsible for the provision of corporate services including strategic and business planning, human resources, information systems and technology, and business support. Her section oversees the development and implementation of the Information Technology and Organisational Strategies; policy development; recruitment services; workforce information; health and safety; performance monitoring; communications and information management.
Finance Director
Is responsible for the management of the finance function of the company with the support of the accountancy and rent accounting teams. Has responsibility for the production of the company annual accounts, annual budgets, monthly management accounts and the maintenance of the company accounting records and financial procedures.
Housing & Community Director
Overall responsibility for regeneration, new build, community services and neighbourhood and tenancy management. This section oversees the delivery of high quality housing support services; housing revenue; safer estates; leaseholder services; community involvement and community development.
Property Director
Chris is responsible for the response maintenance and investment sections of the company with responsibility for Performance, Quality and Service Improvement. The section is responsible for the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of the council housing stock
Caroline Walker
Head of Community Services
Caroline is responsible for regeneration and Supported Housing. The teams are currently leading on the social and physical regeneration of the St Paul's area, and in the delivery of high quality housing support services.
Head of Neighbourhood Services
Sara has responsibility for Neighbourhood and Tenancy Management for CBH in Cheltenham, with the exception of the St Pauls' project. This work includes advising tenants about their rights and responsibilities, ensuring the estate cleaning in the communal areas of blocks of flats, as well as letting properties in the town to people applying for housing with us. Sara also has responsibility for the collection of current and former tenant arrears, management of the Safer Estates Team who deal with reports of anti-social behaviour, and oversees Leasehold Services.
