£19,064 – £20,139 (pro-rata) (with effect from 1 April 2017)
25 hours (5 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
The focus of this role will be to deliver a full range of HR administration activities to provide a comprehensive HR service for CBH. The role will support the HR Business Partners and Head of HR with administrative duties and will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
The role is also responsible for HR information including recordkeeping, reporting and undertaking basic data analysis.
For this role you will need to have knowledge/experience of:
- Managing recruitment, induction and benefits administration processes
- Maintaining accurate records using a computerised HR system, including production of reports as required
- Supporting and advising managers in interpreting policy and best practice, including basic employment legislation
- Sickness management administration
- Training administration
