Project Manager (Development)
Salary: Up to £38,082 
Hours per week: 37
Location: Cheltenham House (Cheltenham)
Employment type: Permanent

We are currently seeking a Project Manager.

The focus of this role will be to deliver development projects, building high quality homes in accordance with CBH’s aims and objectives.

For this role you need to have:

  • Significant experience of working for a Registered Provider within a Development role, showing a commitment to providing a customer focussed service.
  • Significant experience of working on new build schemes from inception through to the completion of making good of defects, delivering projects to time, quality and budget requirements.
  • Experience of HCA standards, requirements and procedures, with a proven track record of successfully delivering and managing projects.

Property Compliance Manager (Technical & Investment Team)
Salary: £35,449 – £38,082
Hours per week: 37

Location: Cheltenham
Employment type: Permanent

We are currently seeking a Property Compliance Manager to work within our Technical & Investment Team; to manage a small team ensuring compliance in relation to gas, asbestos, water and fire risk management, provide comprehensive support and assistance to the Technical & Investment Team in delivering contracts for maintaining and improving the housing stock and advice and support.

For this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  •  A high level of skill and knowledge in the area of property compliance
  • Good communication and co-ordination skills
  • Have a passion for delivering a high class customer focussed service
  • You will need to be able to work autonomously
  • Show initiative
  • Motivate your team to deliver work to tight deadlines.
  • You will need to have experience of working in a social housing or other property compliance role

Logistics Manager
Salary: £31,735 to 33,443

We are currently seeking a Logistics Manager. The focus of this role will be to manage support services for the Building Services Teams in relation to procurement, fleet management, materials purchasing, waste management, technology, workshop & compound, tools, job planning, allocation & scheduling, administration and the management of agency staff.

For this role you will need to have experience of:

  • Building construction, repairs and operational activities
  • Proven track record of cost reduction and continuous improvement managing suppliers
  • Administering procurement activities
  • Proven track record in generating efficiencies through system development
  • People management

Repairs Manager
Salary: £35,449 to £38,082
(plus optional out of hours callout on a rota allowance of circa £2,700 to £5,500 per annum)

We are currently seeking a Repairs Manager. The focus of this role will be to deliver a professional, efficient, customer focused repairs, voids, planned, cyclical and out of hours maintenance service that operates safely, contributes to effective and efficient asset management strategies and continuously improves to meet the expectations of the business, customers and other stakeholders.

For this role you will need to have experience of:

  • Management within the repairs and maintenance sector
  • Management of operational staff within a medium sized organisation
